FAQ'S
I referred a company but they did not use my referral link to apply, am I still eligible for a reward?
No, you are only eligible for this offer with respect to referrals that apply using your referral link.
Can multiple customers receive cash bonuses for referring the same company?
No, only the owner of the first referral link used to apply will be eligible for this promotion.
What happens if this promotion ends but the company I referred hasn’t received a quote from Vouch yet?
You will qualify for a reward as long as your referral began an application before December 31, 2024 and received a quote from Vouch within 3 months of completing an application.
How / when will I receive my reward?
If you have qualified for a reward, you will be contacted using the email address submitted, and you will receive your reward via a Digital Visa Gift Card within 45 days of providing any necessary information requested by Vouch.
Can I find out the status of my referral?
We will contact you if and when you have successfully qualified for a reward. If it has been over 6 months since your referral completed their initial application and you believe you are eligible for a reward but have not yet heard from us, please contact our support team.

Are there any tax implications for the rewards I earn?
Yes, depending on the amount of rewards you earn in a calendar year you may be required to report these rewards as earnings. Please consult your tax advisor for specific advice related to your individual tax situation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The Vouch Partner Referral Program (the “Program”) is an opportunity for you to earn rewards for referring prospective clients to Vouch.
  2. To be eligible for the Program, you must sign up for the Program, accept the terms of the Program, and be located in the United States. Vouch employees, carriers, reinsurers, or clients are not eligible to participate in the Program.
  3. Reward: To qualify for a reward under the Program, you must make a referral to Vouch using the referral link on this page, and the referred party must:
    1. be located in the United States;
    2. not be an existing or previous Vouch customer, or already be part of an active sales process with Vouch; AND
    3. complete an application and receive a quote for insurance using your referral link.
    • Your reward is not qualified on your referral’s purchase of insurance from Vouch.
    • If you qualify for a reward, we will contact you via the contact information provided by you when you joined the Program and ask you to provide certain information needed to facilitate the payment of your reward. To receive your reward, you must provide this information within thirty (30) days of receiving the request. The amount of your reward will be determined in accordance with the number of full-time employees that the referred party has in the United States at time of receiving a quote from Vouch as set out on this page.
    • If more than one participant refers a given party, only the first referring participant is eligible for the reward.
    • Any offers under this Program may not be combined with other offers, discounts, rewards, or programs.
    • This Program is intended for participation for individuals and not by business entities or corporations.  If you are a business and would like to refer prospective clients to Vouch, please contact hello@vouch.us to be put in touch with a member of our Partnerships team.
    • Any offers under this Program are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  4. Discounts. All discounts are subject to regulatory approval and may vary due to product or customer location 
  5. You may not hold yourself out as an agent or other authorized representative of Vouch.
  6. You may not hold yourself out as a licensed insurance broker (unless you are).
  7. Please refer any questions about the terms or conditions of an insurance policy to Vouch.
  8. If you violate any of the Program terms, Vouch may immediately terminate your participation in the Program.
  9. Vouch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time.
  10. Compliance with Partner Guidelines. Partner acknowledges that Vouch is in a regulated industry and certain obligations, responsibilities, and restrictions related to Vouch’s industry may apply to Partner during the Program. Partner agrees to follow the Vouch Partner Guidelines, attached as Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time by Vouch.  Partner acknowledges that failure to follow the Vouch Partner Guidelines is a material breach of this Program and may result in immediate termination of this Program.
  11. Relationship Managers. Each party will designate a point of contact or relationship manager ("Relationship Manager") who will oversee the Collaboration. Each party's Relationship Manager will be a principal point of contact for the other party for the resolution of any issues that may arise. Each party may change its Relationship Manager by notifying the other party.
  12. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information and to use it only for purposes of the Program. Each party shall protect the other party's confidential information in a manner similar to its own confidential information of like nature (but in no event using less than reasonable care).
  13. Data Sharing. Provided Partner and Vouch have acquired all appropriate rights and consents from its customers, each party may share (i) its customers’ data, and (ii) aggregated, anonymized data about its customers. Vouch will only use this data for purposes of providing services to customers and as otherwise may be authorized by customers. The Parties will only use this data for purposes of providing services to customers and as otherwise may be authorized by customers.  The ownership rights to any aggregated, anonymized data shall belong solely to the party who provides that data and the recipient is granted a limited, revocable license to use it for only the purposes set forth herein.All customer data shared will be handled in accordance with CPRA/CCPA, Vouch's privacy policy and all local laws.
  14. API. Any use of Vouch Embedded Insurance API is subject to the terms and conditions of the API Licensing Program, as listed in Exhibit B. 
  15. Intellectual Property Rights. Each party grants the other a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to use each other’s names and logos ("Marks"), solely in connection with the Collaboration. Any use of Marks must not be misleading and be in accordance with the granting party's reasonable trademark usage guidelines. The granting party may withdraw approval of any use of its Marks at any time. Neither party shall make any statement or suggestion or use the other party's Marks in any manner that dilutes, tarnishes, degrades, disparages or otherwise reflects adversely on the other party or its business, products or services. Each party acknowledges that the other party's Marks are and remain Marks of the other party. Neither party shall gain any right, title or interest with respect to the other party's Marks by use thereof, and all rights or goodwill associated with the other party's Marks shall inure to the benefit of the other party. 
  16. Indemnification. Each party shall defend the other party from third party claims, demands or proceedings ("Claims") made against the other party arising out of an allegation that the products, services, Marks or Materials of the other party infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights. The indemnifying party shall pay any losses, damages or expenses agreed to in a settlement or finally awarded against the indemnified party.
  17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS PROGRAM FOR DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEED $25,000.00. THIS SECTION WILL NOT APPLY TO THE INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER SECTION 6 OR TO A PARTY’S PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO THE OTHER PARTY.
  18. Both parties’ activities under this Program shall adhere to good professional and industry standards, be consistent with the other party’s Materials and not misrepresent the other party’s products or services. Each party is responsible for its respective products and services and for entering into agreements with customers.
